Magistrates not being employed permanently in small towns should also be addressed. An employee at court said she fears that lots of cases will be somehow be withdrawn because of not having a magistrate that can preside 'immediately' and cases will be dragged

Total lack of interest in their duties. Lack of interest in getting perpetrators arrested, with help of these kits. Zero accountability. Who at that station is responsible for stock taking and ordering.

Stop blaming the units. It may have changed since I left. All the kit's were distributed by useless province. You could request as much as you want, they only sent what they wanted

We've heard the same stats since 2015 and it's unacceptable. Lack of kits in a country where GBV is an endemic means victims don't have access to justice.
