what is your portion size (gm) for the 2 meals? for both western and Asian foods, how do you eat fibres first then protein and carbs? isn't that you eat them in any order as the food will be mixed in the tummy anyway as absorption doesn't go into blood stream straight away (takes 10-20 mins or more to breakdown).
