Adam wasn’t a baby when he was created, he was created with age. Is it not reasonable to think God did the same to the Earth, creating it with 4.5 billion years worth of age?

Because time in heaven is going differently as here on earth, and the bible is written figuratively so for God it could have been 7 days and for us it could have been longer

God's perception of time is likely very different from ours. The bible says that he created the world in a few days, but to us that may seem impossible. To him it was a few days, but to us it could've been many years!

I disagree because God wouldn’t contradict himself and there’s so much evidence that supports a 6 day creation and that the world is not billions of years old. You should look at creation ministries!! It’s really good and explains everything like they have magazines and online stuff and it helped me to understand creation better🫶🏻

in the bible it never gives specific time, and we also have to remember that in heaven there is no such thing as time so when God says he created the earth in seven “days” he probably didn’t mean seven days in our time, so 1 of those days could’ve been a million years for all we know.

I like to think that God created the earth aged. Because Jesus turned water into wine, and wine is old grapes. So hypothetically if there was no god, the big bang theory may have been how the earth was created. But I believe that God created the earth aged.
