@amberhearne: I’m absolutely in love with my new build home! 🌟 As a second-time buyer, I’ve really enjoyed every step of the new build process—from choosing the kitchen to upgrading the tiles and countertops, everything has gone smoothly! The few snags we have are minor and fixable. Plus, having the NHBC guarantee and appliance warranty gives me such peace of mind. I still remember how overwhelmed I felt when we bought our first home, always worrying about potential major issues that could be costly to fix. This certainty was a significant reason we opted for a new build! Slowly but surely, we’re making this house a home. I can’t wait to tackle the next project: the downstairs cloakroom! ✨ Designing our kitchen was so exciting—we upgraded to shaker style cabinets and opted for quartz countertops! ☺️ ✨ Having a blank canvas feels amazing! My previous place had dark walls and velvet wallpaper 🫣, so starting with neutral white walls is such a breath of fresh air. 🫶🏼 ✨ And, of course, the 10-year NHBC guarantee plus warranty on all appliances adds that extra layer of comfort! 🫶🏼 @Anwyl Homes #newbuild #newbuildhome #anwylhomes #myanwylhome #Home
