I have a love/hate relationship with astral projection nights. I don’t move & my hair looks incredible in the morning. Also can never get back into my body when I think it’s time. I gotta go run around some more until I’m ready to go back. Don’t feel rested in the morning and the waking world feels weird all day…but I look cute. 💅

when I try to astral project (and I’ve tried several times for years) I stay still and in a meditative state while lying in bed (fully horizontally or sometimes reclined) and it never happens. I only felt the vibrations like once or twice and experienced sleep paralysis, but couldn’t exit. Years later, I haven’t been able to trigger the vibrations again. I get bored from lying there for sometimes 1 or 2 hours.
