On the point, not to forget that the commitment is sliding down the hill. And we have to not only implement new values and leadership with the new generations, it is community, a breathing organ. I have also seen management leave by the simple fact that their ego is fixed on methods from two decades ago. Human communication and behaviour didn't change that much from the problems we have seen in the past, the solution-value is the most important point, never leave teams and people like a satellite in the sky.

I totally agree! I think communication is the foundation of all this. When it’s followed by real involvement—giving people the chance to improve processes and the organisation (for example through technology)—it builds ownership, pride, and ultimately stronger teams. That’s when leaders start seeing the results they were hoping for from more traditional methods.
