thank you for sharing this important experience and listening skills. I once attended a provincial general meeting where he was making a opening remarks in 2005. He shared with the delegates how he learned that skill from one of the elders who was not learned but he was a good listener. He told us that most cdes would be taking notes but this comrade would just listen and analyze each and every comrades views and input at the end of the meeting would summarize the discussions.
