Unless they have specific cross-deputization they don't have the authority to stop a vehicle outside the boundary. Only 20% of Rangers have cross-deputization. By case Law they aren't legally allowed to make that stop unless it's a felony stop that happened in park jurisdiction.

So my question is, where does the park Ranger take the suspect when they’re placed under arrest and have to be booked and process what jail do they take them to? I’m assuming the county jail am I not right??
