How can I be working this hard and be calculating the amount I have to spend on food? like wtf! The way our people are going because of savings, mortgage etc they should take it easy , tomorrow is not promised we need good health, wellness and sound health.

But I watch his video now. No where he said 100, E said 200 for food and 100 for miscellaneous which is also food also. 300 for food on single person is okay. What am I eating including takeout. About the salary if you work only 40hrs/w. You will surely get 1800 after tax so I see no problem in what he said. He just give advice but not advice is to be listening to if it didn’t sit well with you but talking about it🙄🙄🙄

I can’t even calculate how much I spend on food, my food are from Africa store, and my fruits and eggs even snacks are all organic from M&S, I drink plant based milk, on fruit, egg and milk from M&S I do spend roughly 30-50 pound per week, because I eat egg and fruit everyday even if I don’t eat, I must have my eggs and fruits in peace…..
