this game without mods it is just a mess. the only way to fix this is by having dedicated exit lanes. to do so you need lane mathematics and traffic manager mod.

Traffic Manager if you don’t have it already, turn on advanced traffic ai in the settings and use custom traffic lights - you probably won’t need so many lanes if you set your traffic lights just right

They are all turning right probably because there is a city there built like NYC and to the left there is probably nothing that good also if you would use that area to make a city heading straight it would definitely work

TMPE, AI 100%, set intersection way to fix line, set speed inner slow, outer faster traffic speed. best way allow big vehicle + restrict small vehicle inner, visca versa.
