Mutton Mandi Nothing beats hot Mutton Mandi with family on Eid 🤍🐑✨ 📌Mutton preparation  Mutton/Beef 2 kg Onion 1 Ginger 8-10 cloves  Garlic 1 tbs Green chilies 5-6 Salt 1 tbs Black peppercorns 1 tsp Green cardamom 5-6 Turmeric 1 tsp Cinnamon stick 1 Whole coriander 1.5 tbs Chicken powder 1 tsp Chicken Tikka masala 1 tbs Bay leaves 3-4 Water 3 litres  •In pot add mutton,spices and water.Cook on low heat until mutton tender.Take out meat and strain the stock. 📌Mutton marination  Thick yogurt 1/2 cup Tomato paste 2 tbs Lemon juice 2-3 tbs Oil 1/4 cup Red food colour 1/4 tsp Salt 1/2 tbs Chicken Tikka masala 2 tbs •Marinate the mutton with this sauce properly and refrigerate for an hour. •Preheat the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. •Place the dish in oven & bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.Then bake for 5 minutes on upper grill for good color.If you have no oven then fry it in 2-3 tbs oil for color. 📌For Chutney  Tomato 4-5 Garlic 4 cloves  Coriander handful  Salt 1/4 tsp  Lemon juice 1 tbs Green chilli 4 •Blend all ingredients until well combined. 📌Mandi Rice Rice 1.5 kg Oil 1/2 cup  Bay leaves 3-4 Green cardamom 4-5 Cinnamon stick 1 Cloves 5-6 Dry Lemon 3-4 Salt as required  Green chilies 3-4 Rose water 2-3 tbs Kewra water 1 tbs Yellow food colour  Orange food colour  (Red +yellow) Fried nuts as you required  (Almond,raisins,cashews) •In wok add oil and whole spices,cook for a minute. •Add mutton stock,salt,soaked rice,dry lemons and green chilies. •Cook until water remains in little quantity,add rose water,kewra water,food color and fried nuts .  •Simmer for 20 minutes,your Mutton Mandi is ready to serve😊 #mutton #rice #pulao #biryani #recipes
