Avoid application of the above products on wet, damp or weak walls. 3. Use quality materials such as Coral🪸 4. Work with professionals who are skilled in the area of painting and construction 🦺

Nothing can solve dampness . Once the foundation was not done right with the right cement-soil- grade… water will always rise through the building .. any thing you apply will just be a temporary fix. It will come back cause the water will eventually degrade what ever chemicals applied on the wall …. New builders should learn this and make sure when they are building they get good buildiners to handle this from the start …. Olden days buildings don’t face this ..

when you want to apply your screeding on the wall you have to apply acrylic gum on the wall before you screed on it..

It is caused by High level Alkaline(Salt) in the cement and dampness from the foundation. Firstly clean the wall properly, then apply 2 coats of Alkali Resistance Primer on the wall, let it dry properly then skim with Putty instead of POP material, afterward paint it properly.
