چلیں ناشتہ بناتے ہیں My fvrt breakfast ☕️ with shami kebab Ingredients: For Shami Kebab * 1 cup Chana dal * 500g boneless beef * ½ packet Shami kebab masala * 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste * 1 onion * Salt (to taste) * 1 cup warm water * 3 tbsp fresh coriander (chopped) * 1 egg Method of Preparation: 1. Soak chana dal overnight. 2. In a pressure cooker, add beef, soaked dal, Shami kebab masala, ginger garlic paste, onion, salt, and warm water. 3. Cook on medium flame until 1 whistle, then cook on low flame for 20–30 minutes. 4. Let the pressure release, then cook again on medium flame until all water evaporates. 5. Mash the mixture and let it cool. 6. Add coriander and egg, mix well, and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 7. Shape into kebabs and shallow fry until golden brown. 8.
