I just recently read Circe, and was mesmerized. Madeleine Miller's writing is like a nectar. I have read The Song of Achilles last summer too. I dis study the Iliad at school, so I had a reverse experience of what you are talking about here. 😂

I bought all of Stephen fry Greek books, but I would recommend people to by the audiobook instead of the physical copy cuz the audiobook is absolutely incredible

Wilson’s version I struggled to finish. So many bizarre choices of words in her translation. Went in hoping the best but really poor.
