Listening to your body is definitely a great advice. I started January 3 I am on week 19 but had to take a week off so technically week 18 on shots. Had to skip a week due to severe pain which caused me not to eat for a whole week rarely drank too so I decided to hold off for that week until I got the proper diagnosis. Anyways that’s for another story. About 2 and a half weeks ago I felt I was getting very dizzy in the morning and nights at first I was wondering what is going on then I realized my body is changing because I was down 41 pounds and as I said was very dizzy in the mornings and nights where the room was spinning then it dawned on me my blood pressure. I take blood pressure medication twice a day. The next day I didn’t take “which is not recommended” but I wanted to see what happens and that day with dizziness. I was monitoring my BP and it was normal infact lower than it typically was. That night I took it and went to bed. The next morning I took half a dose i monitored my bp before and it was around 123/74 took the half dose then checked bp 2 hours later and it was 110/68 so that is when I realized it was definitely my bp dropping causing me to be dizzy itespecially in the morning and nights because I do take it twice a day. Since then I cut my dose in half for both bp has been normal. I haven’t notified my doctor yet that I decreased my dose myself because I have an appointment with I’m next month however I knew what I was doing because I am a Nurse but for all those who are not in the healthcare as a career I suggest do not do what I do contact your doctors office explain your symptoms and go by what your doctor says.
