Today was fairly stable. Her blood gas looked good, her lactate remained normal, and she stayed off blood pressure medications. The team also felt comfortable weaning her hydrocortisone again from 3.5 mg every 8 hours down to 3 mg every 8 hours. Every steroid wean still makes me nervous because we have seen how fragile she can be, but so far she seems to be tolerating it. We also received a few additional lab results.
