In my opinion, the officer was the misconduct when they took the handcuffs off the police chief. The police chief should’ve threw the other guy to the ground, handcuffed them, and carried in jail for attempting car, jacking arm robbery. You had a gun on when you get ready to take that car from him or whatever he had intentions to doing Tried to a wrongful arrest or violating the chief rights of an American constitutional rights and took him to jail that’s what should’ve happened, but it won’t he’ll get fired before he gets fired. He’ll let him resign or quit that way he can go to work at another police precinct right down the road somewhere and do the same thing to somebody else
