i can’t respond to everyone eee !! but Honestly the biggest thing for me was consistency. I started being more mindful about what I ate, staying in a calorie deficit, walking a lot more, and focusing on lower body/core workouts. I also learned that posture, clothes, and confidence can change the way your body looks way more than people realize. There wasn’t some overnight change it was a lot of small habits over time!
