lemme know what ya'll think abt this. I think 50/50 is fair but only if its equal when it comes to percentage of eachothers income. Like if one person earns $1000/week and the other $500/week and bills are $500/week instead of the bill being split 50/50 meaning the 1000 income pays 25% and the 500 income pays 50% of their total income it instead becomes 1000 pays $333.33 and the 500 income pays $166.66 which means they're both paying the same % of their income. Therefore sacrifing the exact same amount of their earnings. This also works in stay at home parent scenarios bc if their income is 0, their % = 0
