I use a small amount of cicaplast for slugging on around my mouth nose, and chin for tret, that’s it. Otherwise it’s clogged my oily skin too, and it’s really heavy and hard to wash off in the morning if you don’t use cleanser which I only like to use water in morning for my skin. I really want to try the skin 1004 sunscreen too I heard it’s the best, my aunt uses it! I LOVE THE MUGWORT! And same with cleanser for me, I can only use gentle non stripping similar PH ones! Because of how tight they make me feel. So I tend to skin flood at night so I don’t over dry my skin and ruin my balance.

U can use the centella foam to get rid off spf too? ( since u stopped double cleanse)

Cicplast needs to be used properly and in moderation.. Should be used overnight and cleanse thoroughly in the morning. It completely got rid of my acne bar the odd spot here and there. You need to exfoliate minimum 2 times a week when using cicplast, it is not comdodogenic by nature, only when you allow it to be, just like anything.

Agree with cicaplast it’s not breathable at all. I have sensitive eczema (seborrhic dermatitis) skin and felt this was too heavy (even for post face laser) . I liked cetaphil and bepanthen sensiderm for my barrier repair more
