@heychristainnis: April had us all like… I’m sorry—WHAT?? From a stepmother inviting the ex to the engagement party (be serious), to a cake coming out with the ex-girlfriend’s name on it?? I’m sorry—there’s no way. Add in cold MIL behavior, crying sister-in-laws, bridal shower drama, and family tension that just kept escalating… this month was layered. And somehow, in between all the chaos, we also got into conversations about parenting, accountability, and what happens when people refuse to respect boundaries.
