I am extremely frustrated with this experience. I specifically left a delivery note instructing the driver to leave my package at my apartment doorstep because packages are constantly stolen from the lobby. Despite those instructions, the driver ignored my note and left it in the lobby anyway, which is a public area that anyone can access. To make things worse, AliExpress did not notify me that my package had arrived until around five hours later. By the time I went downstairs to get it, it had already been stolen. If the delivery driver had simply followed the instructions I clearly provided, this would not have happened. I live on the third floor. It takes barely a minute to take the elevator, leave the package at my door, ring the bell, and leave. Instead, my package was left in the exact place I said not to leave it. This was my first time ordering from AliExpress, and honestly it has been one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had. I was genuinely upset and even cried because I was really looking forward to this order. I do not want a refund just so I have to reorder everything again, especially if the prices change. I want my order to be resent and properly delivered to my apartment doorstep this time. I expect delivery instructions to be taken seriously moving forward.
