the unaltered helmet drops from the stormveil guys. the Gauntlets and Greaves drop from anyone so you only need to farm castl sol for the chest piece. the divine tower in caelid is WAY faster for the blackflame monk

That's a bad spot to farm the monk , instead farm the one in Caelid divine tower , you'll find him before the godskin apostle boss with a grace next to him
