@crmnallyobsessed: HE TRIED TO STAB A COP?! An officer’s bulletproof vest may have saved his life when he was nearly stabbed during an investigation. In Marion County, Florida, police were responding to reports of a suspicious person in the area. When one of the officers found the suspect and attempted to talk to him, police say the suspect attacked him, knocking him to the ground and stabbing him in the chest. Luckily the officer had on a bulletproof vest that prevented him from any harm. The suspect fled into the woods until the officer and his backup located the man and ordered him to stand down. The suspect, Heriberto Medina Marquez, was arrested at the scene. As he was taken into custody, Marquez reportedly told the officer that he “should’ve k*lled him” by stabbing him in the neck. He has since been charged with attempted murder. #crimenews #knifeattack
