Whewww, my lawdddd 😩😂 Here’s SIX minutes of resilience, discipline and obedience. 🔥 [FULL VIDEO] And mind you… this was my FIRST TIME ever trying a cold plunge. When I first stepped into that 42-degree water, babyyyy I already had my mind made up: “One minute MAX and I’m hopping out.” 😭 But something shifted once I got still. I started repeating to myself: “You are stronger than you think, you got this, it’s mind over matter.” And instead of focusing on discomfort I locked in on the assignment which is … ME!!! My healing. My discipline. My mental strength. My wellness journey. My ability to stay calm under pressure. And whewww…that ice bath became bigger than just cold water. It became a reminder that: • I can push past discomfort • I can regulate my mind • I can stay committed even when something feels hard • I don’t have to run every time life feels uncomfortable That was the real breakthrough for me. Because honestly? Most people quit the moment things stop feeling comfortable. But growth requires endurance. And sitting in that water for six minutes reminded me that my body and mind are capable of so much more than I give myself credit for.
