The thing about shooting is that it’s different for everyone. The dip (or the “drop” below the core”) used to be essential for momentum and power. Now so many players abstain from it but i still stand by it. Gotta learn ur own way !

The real key is to not aim at all. Once you build the muscle memory of what a shot from that spot feels like, you just shoot it. Having consistent mechanics is important because it leads to building the muscle memory. The most fun you can have as a shooter is being in a flow state and letting your body do the work.
