Rusted balcony railings, broken lights, garbage piles and overgrown bushes made the entire property feel abandoned for decades. Workers began by clearing trash, cutting wild vegetation and pumping dirty water out of the same rectangular pool. Algae and grime were pressure washed away while damaged tiles and coping edges were carefully removed for repair. Once the structure was exposed, the pool received waterproofing, new tile installation and rebuilt edges while scaffolding crews restored balconies and walls above. In the final phase, the pool was gradually refilled with crystal-clear water, modern glass railings were installed, warm lighting illuminated the courtyard and landscaping was completed with perfectly aligned palms, shrubs and flowers around the edges. The same abandoned motel is now a stunning luxury resort-style pool oasis. Real renovation. Real human work.
