@laurenrileycartoons: [WIP] It’s looking at YOU. Hand painted Glass eyes are in and a corner has been turned! As much as I liked the yellow temporary eyes from when I was actually sculpting the face, I like these “owl” style eyes much better as they are very distinct and there’s no brown speckling near the centre to obscure the pupil. I’m of the opinion that birdlike eyes on dromeosaurid dinosaurs are 1 thousand percent more terrifying than slit pupil lizard type eyes because it’s SO apparent with these that it’s looking AT YOU. In short, by approaching the sculpture, you are placing yourself in the direct line of sight of this predator.
