I would agree with the parents except for they should know better than to take a small child in a place. We’re running into something can cost a lot of money like a museum with a fine masterpiece in it. Would they forgive the child and not charge?

That's the problem with this generation it's never their perfect little angels fault. If you take your children out in public you are responsible for everything they do period. GenX if we were put in public and misbehaved we knew when we got home we were done even at 5 we were taught right from wrong in diapers. I was a manager in a boutique and I could take my toddlers to that store full of valuables and crystal and they knew the rule you look but don't touch. Parents just don't care it's kids being kids even if it cost people real money.
