As a journalist- hired by Minnesota Public radio before I graduated -I’m very well aware of recording laws. These guys who stand outside businesses and pretend to audit do not tell you what their intention is with the images they’re taking, and they don’t produce any background checks of themselves or news credentials. We don’t know what they’re going to do with pictures of license plates, and people. The law is not on the side of these doofbutts with a camera phone.
