This brioche dough recipe for you: 200g milk 10g instant yeast 90g sugar 2 eggs 450g wheat flour (protein 12%) -stir well and add 90g melted butter 5g salt -mix everything and let it rest for 15min -knead the dough around 10min -let the dough double rise(around 1 hour) -divide into small pieces (I have 80g of the dough for each bun) -after 15min dough resting, shape buns according to my video -raising for 30min -brush with egg +milk -bake 20min in the preheated oven to 190°C #булочки #poğaça #panini #brioche #breadbaking
