They always told me that my grandmother was mean, bitter, and jealous. They often said that my father and my aunts looted everything they could from her house right after she died, even her underwear. 😬 Recently, her husband passed away (he wasn't my biological grandfather). For the past few years, everyone had been consistently saying out loud that they were giving up any claim to the apartment in favor of my youngest aunt. But at the last family gathering (before I received the file to download), they kept talking about it a little too much and seemed nervous. I noticed the way they looked at each other and the fear in their eyes because, by that time, I had already started spending less time with them and was becoming more aware of their insincerity and their bad intentions. This is the third time I’m posting this.. I never met my dad’s mother. She passed away two weeks before my brother was born (3 years apart) and my brother never got any of my mom’s inheritance…
