I totally sympathise. I have these little wrist bands with a pressure point thing in them that help me for any kind of sickness. I’m a terrible passenger for travel sickness & I had morning sickness for all but 1 month of pregnancy. Not sure if it’s placebo effect but they work fantastically for me. Might be worth a go.

The only thing that ever worked for me was Dramamine until I found these patches on Amazon! Game changer. I can even read or play on my phone now without an inkling of nausea!
