Guys you don’t need to exfoliate THAT many times at all, just get a good scrub and smth else that works for you. Exfoliating to that point just damages the skin barrier

Guys don’t do this daily!! Dry brush twice a week, same with body wash also use an African net scrub. ALWAYS use bar soap though and only exfoliate once a week. - coming from a girl obsessed with Bodycare
