Congress was never meant to be a full time job the representatives were supposed to live and work in their states and districts and go to Washington a few times a year to vote on legislation the people wanted our current congress system the two parties take billions from corporate donors and passes legislation that benefits them and not the people. We need to get organized in our state and district and find people to run for congress as independent all we need is 60 percent to override the president veto and then we would get everything we want passed into law and have a government that is actually for the people
