Stop Calling Foods
Stop Calling Foods "Good" or "Bad." I see this all the time. Someone will hold up a plant-based burger and say: "Don't buy this. It's ultra-processed." Then they'll hold up another one and say: "This one's healthy because it's more natural." The truth? It's not that simple. For example, Impossible Burger and Abbot's are two completely different products made for different purposes. Abbott's uses fewer, more recognizable ingredients. Impossible is designed to replicate the taste, texture, and experience of eating a traditional burger. Neither one is "wrong." They simply serve different goals. Personally, I eat both. If I'm making tacos, chili, or a quick weeknight meal, Abbott's is fantastic. If I'm going to a barbecue or craving a juicy burger, I'm reaching for an Impossible Burger. Why? Because it tastes like a burger. And that's the point. One thing I always tell people... Stop fearing processed foods. Instead, ask better questions: ✅ Does it help me hit my protein goal? ✅ Does it fit my calories? ✅ Does it help me stay consistent? ✅ Do I actually enjoy eating it? Those questions matter far more than whether someone on social media labeled a food as "clean" or "dirty." The healthiest diet is the one you can stick to. That's why I teach balance—not perfection. Read the ingredients. Understand what you're buying. Choose the product that fits your goals. 👇 Comment "FOOD" if you want my free Plant-Based Food Guide, where I break down the best whole-food and high-protein options to help you build muscle, lose body fat, and make eating healthy a whole lot easier. 🌱💪
