Firstly, it is funded by a tax break, which effectively means that it’s funded by taxes. Secondly, are you implying that it won’t have any externalities on the local climate overall, or on the price of electricity ? Thirdly, it stands to reason that having to pay 15€ to voice your discontent for the project is a wee bit undemocratic, even more if it has been so since the beginning of the poll
