![Hot honey salmon crispy rice tacos 🌶️🍯🍣🌮 [~400 cals 33g protein] - 50% off my cookbooks ends tomorrow! Find them in my bio 👀💖 Peep my page (and cookbooks) for the even quicker tuna version and the amazing bang band shrimp version 😍 - ✰ 4 oz salmon (weight is uncooked - the Trader Joe’s wild caught Atlantic salmon has good macros) - garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt & pepper ✰ 3 large seaweed wraps ✰ 3/4 cup (150g) cooked rice (sushi rice is ideal but I used regular and it was perfect) ✰ 1/8 cucumber ✰ “hot honey sauce:” 1/4 cup Greek yogurt + 1 tbsp siracha, 1/2 tbsp hot honey 1. Cut seaweed wraps into circles. 2. Press rice onto seaweed squares and air fry them on 400F for about 10 minutes or until edges of rice become golden. You want them in a taco shape since this is the shape they hold after the air fryer - if your air fryer is too big use a mug or dish to tighten them together. 3. While wraps cook, chop cucumber into small pieces. 4. Cube and season salmon then cook on pan on high heat until internal temp is 145F. 5. Mix hot honey sauce ingredients. 6.
