Yes the album theme changed but what your saying is making no sense. Asake has been using Amapiano a South African genre in his music since his career has started. The album is still very Nigerian and has that Lagos feel he’s literally speaking Yoruba on majority songs on the album. The intro was prolly recorded when he went on his African tour back in December 2025 when he did a show in South Africa what is wrong with him using a different African language on one of his songs ? And your talking about the album doesn’t have a Lagos feel but u wanted the album to sound more hip hop/rap those are 2 genres that are not even from Lagos overall the album was good and was expected from Asake

Yh ur right the way he first started the album rollout was different from what I heard and I was disappointed I mean he was in a military and hip hop type ear than he change album to worship type shii

Mind you Military Era was used to solidify his fan base. And the problem with you so far is that you are just using this album to chase clout. weather you like it or not this album is a masterpiece.
