@justamberalise: And that competes a wonderfully INSANE Dragon Ball volume!! #dragonball #dragonballz #goku #vegeta #anime

Umut Altun :

90% of popular mangakas consider Toriyama as the God of Manga

PsychoSnake :

man, I wish I could see goku vs vegeta again😭😭😭

Jonathan Skeete :

probably already asked and answered before but are you going to watch the anime?

Wawa :

Toriyama has a great sense of spacial awareness and dimensions, even though it’s just a comic the motion feels like it’s live action

Zody :

The most legendary fight ever !!

One of my weirdly specific favourite things about this fight, especially when it was animated, was the hair movement. Why that, of all things, I don't know. Perhaps because I read/watch a lot of manga/anime where the characters' hair just remains stagnant, so it's just so pleasing to see their hair whoosh around. I also particularly love how tiny Vegeta is in some of these panels during this saga. He's absurdly little, especially for his power. And it almost makes it hard for me to take him seriously, he's just a lil murder kitty XD. Even more weirdly specifically, I like how his boots and clothing are just that lil bit baggy, when it looks like it should be skintight, and his armour is just so huge on him. It's just so cute. Also Goku and Vegeta look just so.... chunky. Grabbable. They aren't too skinny but not too overly muscular, and the art style is very rounded and softish. It's just so pleasing to me.

“I’m feeling great cause it’s goku” love it

Otf Darson :

Don’t ever stop posting videos 😭😭😭

MrNotNice :

Amber one thing I like about your reading style is that you always put yourself in the driver seat of whatever character is the current focus. You are appreciative of the story and artwork of dragon ball. I’m glad you are enjoying your journey.

Ronin Shaq :

the iconic Goku vs Vegeta panel 🔥

Turnred Litmusblue :

u feeling the goated panelling top 3 greatest manga fights of all time

SupMichael :

And people say this series is "Carriwd by nostalgia". HA

Jmoll4 :

the way you described goku as calming you and allowing you to keep going is exactly how bulma describes him to someone who is about to meet him

security_1776 :

toriyama went to school for graphic design

SmugStick :

It might be the best in the entire franchise

xd :

JOEY🐉 :

Oda said the same thing too toriyama is just a different level in terms of art and writing

Illyahr the Bard :

From Dragonball, we got Bleach, Naruto, and One Piece. From them, we got their descendants, like My Hero Academia, Demon Slayer, and Jujutsu Kaisen. Once you read/watched Dragonball, you begin to see Toriyama's touch an almost all modern Shonen

☧OrthoCatholic :

I am really enjoying watching this journey lol

Muhyadeen :

This fight is still one of my favourites TO THIS DAY
