@mamafinally: 3 things I always do before Monday 👇🏻 • brain dump everything in my planner - this lets me truly see where my week is heading & be realistic about meals, assess needs, etc • reset our home in small ways - tidying spaces daily has saved me from needing a big weekend reset but on sundays you’ll always find me taking an inventory of our fridge & pantry, restocking snack drawers for easy lunch packing & usually washing bedding to have fresh beds before a new week ahead. • choose a few anchor habits instead of overwhelming goals - again after laying out the week ahead i get super realistic about what i can get done this week for ME so i don’t slip back into old habits or feel overwhelmed throughout the week.
