@mrsceo_j: Helmets save lives! You have to wear one every single time you ride and it has to be on correctly! It’s always going to be that one time you don’t wear it or don’t have it on right that something happens! I almost didn’t wear my helmet on the day of the accident because my hair was up in a high ponytail and it wasn’t fitting correctly but something inside me told me to pull over take my hair down and put it on correctly and my accident happened a few minutes after that! #ebike #safetyfirst #thousandhelmet
