Je ne sais pas pourquoi, mais ces derniers temps, j'ai vécu dans la paix et le calme. Comme des matins calmes, faire votre lit, ouvrir les fenêtres pour prendre l'air, étudier avec de la musique douce, écrire dans votre journal, prendre soin de vous, nettoyer votre chambre, boire de l'eau et vivre doucement. Il y a quelque chose de très réconfortant dans les routines calmes et apprendre à profiter de moments simples. J'adore les vidéos de gens lisant des livres, cuisinant en paix, organisant leur espace, marchant dehors avec des écouteurs, des couchers de soleil, des bibliothèques, des tenues douillettes, des plantes, des plantes et une lumière naturelle douce. Tout est tellement guérissant et rafraîchissant d'une manière que je ne peux pas expliquer. Et j'ai aussi une hyperfixion dans les chambres minimalistes et confortables, les couleurs neutres chaudes, les listes de lecture calmes, les cafés calmes, les études nocturnes, les amitiés calmes, les petites habitudes quotidiennes et, en général, les modes de vie doux et réconfortants qui rendent tout plus lent, plus propre et plus significatif.
