I used to have svt and had to have my heart stopped and restarted three times. Then I had an ablation 2008 haven't had an episode since knock on wood.

I was about to say, SVT! I had this my whole life and one time I was at work (work in a vet clinic) and put the pulse ox on my finger (it shows hr too) and it was 245 like dayum! I always wondered how fast it went. I got an ablation bc it was getting so I couldn't stop it as well and would go on for like an hr esp if I couldn't stop it right away ( head between my legs and bearing down) and it wants to go into it but stops after a few beats but it traumatized the crap out of me

Very true ! Unfortunately my ablation was unsuccessful and worst experience ever. Back on medication for the rest of my life.
