I was told by my OB to just not start anything new that is strenuous that my body would not be used to. But anything I was doing before I got pregnant I could keep doing as long as my pregnancy was healthy.

This is actually yes no statement. Having a generous workout isn’t bad, but going to heavy can be dangerous. You have to realize your limitations, regardless if you’re pregnant or not.
