I’m thinking of renting to traveling healthcare workers. It’s a cute cottage 2 bed 1 bath on an acre with a nice surrounded ranch- no crazy neighborhood that’s fully furnished like an Airbnb. About 20 minutes from a hospital. Is that too far for them to be interested?

Good tips! I always suggest do an extended stay hotel for a week or two to get situated and then go look at some furnished finder options so you can check them out in person (and not get scammed)
