y'all gotta look at it from negan's pov, Rick's group came in and slaughter his people in their sleep, blew up another group of his troops, and left a small group of his ppl for walker food. Negan probably wouldn't have killed any of them had they not started off by killing something like 70ish of his people. him only killing Glenn and Abraham was wildly generous. EVEN the actor who played Negan said “I’ve only killed like two people and Rick’s killed like 40 people so let’s calm it down folks” in an interview.
