the thing is we truly don’t know where money is going to, we have terrible movies coming out because it’s all about money.. it’s like they truly don’t have love for it or passion, curry seems to have that drive and love so u can put him in any budget and he’ll make it work… i think true entrepreneurs can relate to it so it’s amazing to see someone who isn’t controlled

Movies often have oven bloated budgets and lazy graphics. It’s good to see a dude expanding upon a small budget with pure talent, him and his cast and producers.

They did the most with minimal locations: mostly in Bear’s apt, some car scenes, music store, Ian’s place and a restaurant. Excellent work by the DP as well.

Spoiler: The one thing that really stands out to me as a problem in this film is the jump from Ian’s place, back to Bear’s place, to Ian showing up at his place banging on the door saying it’s real… like yeah dude he was JUST there and told you that. It feels like something was cut out of the script or theatrical release there. Other than that this movie is a 10/10
