I am getting sick of this narrative… GenX all grew up and became things like social workers, teachers, college professors, chefs, factory workers, rail workers, oils field workers, construction etc, etc, etc.. Very few Gen X, became CEO’s or went into politics, mainly because their Boomer parents never retired! It wasn’t until the Mid 2000’s that Gen X started getting elected into seats in Congress and senate, because Boomers started to die, leaving seats open. The shit show we are currently in is because of the Boomers and the silent generation (freaking Ronald Regan🤬🤬) sorry but Gen X had nothing to do with this mess, other than we knew it was going to be bad…
