@sacramentourbanmedia916: Florida man Aaron D. Culpepper was arrested after police say he violently attacked his 11-year-old niece during a dispute between children over a scooter. According to investigators, the argument started after the girl’s cousin allegedly took her shoe, leading the child to take the cousin’s scooter in response. Police say the situation escalated when Culpepper became involved. The girl told officers her uncle grabbed her by the shirt and repeatedly slammed her head against a wall. Responding officers reportedly observed a bump on the back of the child’s head before she was taken to the hospital for evaluation. Police said Culpepper denied intentionally slamming the girl’s head into the wall. He was later arrested and charged with child abuse.#fyp #viral
